As an agency Health Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include conducting structured health questionnaires professionally and empathetically, with interpreter support if needed. Collaborating with onsite healthcare professionals for necessary escalations and providing complete handover to clinical colleagues and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
